I can't provide links in this post- but if she goes to the Amelia Lyon Photog blog she can find a post with Heidi and Jeff from January17, 2011 and it shows more photos of the dress and a link to the dressmaker. It will not let me include the link for the specific dress so I'm not sure how you'll know. But it's the one with the short sleeves on the beach and the detailing around the neck.
